Award-winning coffee shop opens another drive-thru location in Columbus

The former Varsity Inn at 1445 Olentangy River Road recently experienced a transformation.

Now, it’s called Olentangy Motor Inn, which is described as a cozy, boutique hotel, minutes away from Downtown. People are coming for a comfortable night’s sleep of course, but some are also stopping by for a good cup of coffee.

Crimson Cup Coffee, a local chain with roots in Columbus since 1991, opened a franchise location inside if Olentangy Motor Inn on September 14th. If you’re on-the-go, shopping about in Lennox Town Center, you can grab a fun espresso drink via drive-thru in the same building as Olentangy Motor Inn.

Their menu features espresso drinks, drip coffee, iced and frozen drinks, loose-leaf teas, as well as sandwiches and treats.

There are three other Crimson Cup locations: one in Clintonville (also has a drive-thru!), one at The Convention Center, and one in Upper Arlington.
