Central Ohio’s newest food hall is set to open Thursday, here’s a list of all the restaurants you’ll find there

Bubbly Hall is only days away from its long-awaited grand opening, so what better time to take a look at the New Albany food hall’s full slate of vendors? We’ve put together a list of the food hall’s seven vendors–some of which are launching a brick and mortar restaurant space for the first time ever. The new food hall is slated to open Thursday, so get ready.

Fay’s Crepes

This unique Columbus food concept–which opened a location in the Easton area in the summer of 2021 as well–blends aspects of Swedish and Somali crepes to create a truly authentic dining experience.

Hoyo’s Kitchen

Speaking of Somali cuisine, this Somali spot has become a popular Columbus name after successful runs in the North Market and as a standalone restaurant. For those not in the know, Hoyo’s embraces the fast-casual and build-your-own approach that allows for both fast orders and endless customizability.

Just Chicken

This local eatery has opted to streamline its menu, by offering only a handful of dishes, but offering them done well. Fried chicken tenders, sandwiches made from tenders, fries, focaccia rolls and coleslaw round out the Just Chicken menu. Refreshingly uncomplicated and just plain good, the new concept also operates a location in the East Market.

Kiku Sushi Bar

The former chef of Akai Hana is launching this fresh new sushi concept. Inspired by the cuisine of Osaka, Japan, Kiku Sushi Bar will offer New Albany diners everything from Japanese sandwiches and Osaka-inspired small plates to their signature “flamed” sushi rolls.

Mr. Hummus Grill & Pizza

After selling the two remaining Mr Hummus location, owner Tarek Albast (who has a new concept brewing Italian Village) found a new home for the fast-casual Mediterranean spot in Bubbly Hall.

The Pit BBQ Grille

Two former Ohio State football standouts are bringing some seriously good barbeque to Columbus. Diners can expect a wide variety of barbecue classics, in addition to some traditional Cleveland dishes (like the Polish Boy) you may not know at first, but you definitely won’t forget.

Seoul Food on the Go

Dennis Kang, the owner of Seoul Food on the Go, spent more than a decade living in South Korea, so it’s fair to say he knows a thing or two about the country’s street food options, which he plans to bring to central Ohio. From Mandu Pork Dumplings to tteokbokki and kimbap, Ohio diners should prepare themselves for an authentic taste of South Korea.
