Chic new restaurant featuring wood-fired fare, burgers and more opening this week in Franklinton

The culinary anchor of The Junto Hotel is set to open its doors tomorrow.

Little West Tavern, the recently-opened Junto Hotel’s flagship restaurant, will open its doors for business on July 14, a representative for the hotel told 614Now.

The Junto is located at 77 Belle St. in Franklinton.

Billed as a “wood-hearth neighborhood tavern,” the new eatery will focus on wood-fired fare. The majority of its menu has yet to be revealed, but dishes like burgers, honey biscuits and bone marrow have been displayed on its social media pages. The concept will also serve culinary cocktails, beer, spirits and more.

While we’ll be able to dive into Little West Tavern tomorrow, we’ll still need to wait a bit to enjoy one of the concept’s more interesting wrinkles. The eatery will also have access to a walk-up window for Little West Poutine, which will serve carryout poutine to both hotel guests and visitors. According to a Junto representative, Little West Poutine will open in the next several weeks.
