Chic sandwiches, Monster Baby Donuts and new burger spot all joining the East Market

A trio of new food vendors is coming soon to the near east side’s East Market.

According to East Market director of operations and leasing Aubrey Stevens, the Market will soon be permanently adding the former pop-up vendor Buck City Sammies, alongside the gluten-free donut concept Monster Baby Donuts and Urban Gourmet, which will sell burgers and wings.

Additionally, The Bearded Baker, known for indulgent cheesecake creations, will be expanding within the market.

“We have so many exciting things going on at the market with new and expanding vendors coming this fall,” Stevens told 614Now. “The expansion of Bearded Baker, Monster Baby serving her much loved gluten-free donuts, Buck City Sammies joining us permanently, and Urban Gourmet to fill that burger and chicken wing craving, with weekend brunch too.”

Stevens noted several other new vendors are likely on the horizon as well.

That’s not all coming to the East Side marketplace either. The second annual Great Bourbon Affair, a massive bourbon tasting event with live music and more, will be taking place next week. Additionally, the Market will be offering cornhole leagues. Interested teams can register here until Aug. 17.
