We predict that drinking your dessert is a 2023 trend that’s here to stay.

Bambu, a Vietnamese dessert drink that’s gone viral for their colorful, aesthetic Chè drinks, has just opened their first-ever Ohio location, located at 827 Bethel Rd.

Chè are colorful coconut and avocado dessert drinks served with combinations of homemade ingredients, fruits, and house-made jellies, and along with Chè, Bambu offers thick smoothies made with fresh fruit, Vietnamese dessert coffees, Boba teas, and even “Yonami,” which is a yogurt blended drink.

And if you still can’t get behind a liquid dessert, they also offer mochi and French-inspired macarons, plus waffle creations.

Bambu was founded in 2008, and since then, they’ve expanded to 22 different states, with 70 locations. We’re happy to have been chosen for their most recent!
