German Village area is getting a new coffee shop, juice bar, and bakery

Over the weekend, the shops, restaurants, and homes near Parsons Ave received a good ol’ fashioned flyer in their mailboxes and doors, creating excitement, anticipation, and whispers throughout neighborhood.

The flyer reads: “Coming soon to the neighborhood: Kokomo Juice & Coffee Paradise. We will be located on the corner of Beck St. & Parsons Ave, across from Parsons North Brewery. Your new favorite spot for full service coffee menu, slow pressed juices, small bakery items, and good vibes.”

According to a filed city permit, Kokomo Juice & Coffee Paradise will be located at 694 Parsons Ave. Full details, like an opening date, are still unclear, but the Parsons building looks as if it’s going through some renovations to make it “your new favorite spot.”

“Kokomo Juice & Coffee Paradise is brought to you by two first time business owners born and raised here in Columbus,” the flyer reads. “We grew up here, we live here, and we’re excited to grow with our community when we open our doors. Hope to see you there!
