Aaron Bleveins’ biscuits are gluten-free, sure, but they also might happen to be some of the best biscuits you’ve ever had.

His new biscuit-focused cafe, Gluten-Free Biscuits By Daddy-O, opened last week at 821 E. Long St. in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood.

Inspired by childhood trips to Bojangles, Blevins’ gluten-free biscuits have been receiving high praise from Columbus foodies already.

“I’m not a gluten-free person, but it might be one of the best biscuits I’ve had,” said owner of the Butcher & Grocer Tony Tanner, who stopped by over the weekend.

Gluten Free Biscuits by Daddy-O has been selling their gluten-free biscuit mix online since 2021, and the new Long Street location allows them to expand this operation while offering a small storefront for customers to grab fresh-made creations.

Savory biscuit sandwiches are on the menu at the new Near East Side shop, alongside Honey butter biscuits, cinnamon biscuits and even Nutella biscuits.
