Gin & jazz: two peas in a pod, basically. And Columbus is fortunate enough to have both of them in the same building starting next week.

Adelaide’s Gin Joint, a new “prohibition inspired” gin & jazz bar, is officially open to the public on October 13th, the owners told 614Now.

“We have an American fusion menu, unique and classic gourmet cocktails, and jazz from local curated artists. The Adelaide’s team was assembled from some of the most sought after and award winning executive chefs, mixologists, jazz purveyors, and creatives in the region,” says their website.

The bar features over 40+ different gin varieties, plus an eclectic food menu with oysters, burgers, roe-deviled eggs, a charcuterie board, plus much more.

This new gin & jazz bar will be located at 2333 N. High St., in the heart of Old North, in the same 1920’s building that once housed Alana’s Food and Wine, which closed in 2017. Starting on the 13th, they’ll be open Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5pm-11pm, Fridays and Saturdays 5pm-12am, and closed on Tuesdays. Happy hour is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 5-6:30pm.

It sounds like the perfect date night spot! You can reserve a table here.
