New Easton-area cafe will feature gluten-free and dairy-free burgers and breakfast sandwiches

The Good Cafe is coming soon to the Easton area.

A new concept, The Good Cafe is dedicated to serving a variety of gluten-free and dairy-free food and coffee options. 

The eatery will be located at 4400 Easton Commons, STE 150, according to its Facebook page. It’s unclear when the new spot will open, but you can keep track of the cafe’s progress on its social media pages.

You can find the eatery’s menu here. It will feature a wide variety of classic breakfast and lunch dishes, all made without gluten or dairy, Many are vegetarian and vegan friendly as well.

The Good Cafe will offer Waffles, Mylk Labs Oatmeal, Avocado Toast, a Breakfast Sandwich and the Impossible Breakfast, a gluten-free pita served with Just Egg, Impossible sausage, and Violife cheddar cheese.

For lunch, the concept will offer a Classic Burger, Impossible Burger, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Daring Chik’n Sandwich, Deli Pita and more.
