New eatery dedicated to gourmet toast, speciality soda comes to Hocking Hills area

A unique new restaurant may be fueling your next Hocking Hills day trip.

SIB S Soda & Boba Bar has officially opened its door for business in Downtown Logan, Ohio. The new spot is located at 96 Main St.

According to its social media accounts, SIBS first opened to the public on Feb. 25.

As its name implies, the eatery offers a variety of different craft sodas (with a full line of flavor-infused original creations), artisan juice and boba tea, but perhaps the most original offering at the new Hocking Hills restaurant is its line of gourmet toast.

Diners can grab simpler toast options like Butter Up (butter, cinnamon and honey) or more decadent choices like Sweet Tooth (Nutella, strawberries and coconut flakes) and The Big E (cream cheese, sliced peaches, honey, granola and cinnamon).
