Popular cheesecake vendor announces third permanent location
The Cheesecake Girl has decided to make its stay in Italian Village for a permanent one.
After serving multiple stints in Budd Dairy Food Hall’s rotating dessert space, Sugar, the popular cheesecake concept has now become a permanent Budd Dairy vendor.
“I am extremely excited to have [owner Samantha Strange] with us here at Budd on a more permanent basis. Her sweet treats are spectacular and the entire Cheesecake Girl team is amazing to work with. I look forward to what they surprise us with next,” said Budd Dairy Food Hall general manager Jeremy Hughes.

According to a Cameron Mitchell Restaurants representative, The Cheesecake Girl will remain in the same location within Budd Dairy, which means the Sugar kitchen will for the time being cease.
The Cheesecake Girl began its first tenure at Budd Dairy between April and September of 2021, before returning last March, and eventually extending that stay.
The concept has two other permanent locations, one in Hilliard’s Center Street Market and a standalone storefront in Dublin.
