Popular mac and cheese concept opening first Columbus location

Keystone’s Mac Shack is coming to Columbus.

An exciting–and fast-growing–new concept that’s a branch-off of Cincinnati’s Keystone Bar & Grill will be opening near OSU campus later this year, according to a representative for Campus Partners, a non-profit dedicated to community planning and neighborhood renewal in and around Ohio State.

Mac Shack will be located inside the Gateway development, at the corner of North High Street and Eleventh Avenue.

Diners can expect a variety of indulgent, music-inspired mac and cheese dishes, including the Pink Floyd (topped with bacon and caramelized onions), the Powerhouse (topped with Buffalo chicken, stout-braised brisket, and jalapeños with crumbled bleu cheese and Keystone chips) and the Fleetwood Mac (topped with mozzarella, pesto and tomatoes).

Originally founded as a fast-casual concept in Cincinnati, Mac Shack recently opened a restaurant in Athens earlier this week.
