Ramen, hibachi, and mazemen restaurant opening soon in Dublin
In the next month or two, a new option for spicy ramens, hibachi, and chashu buns will be available in the Dublin area.
Asuka Ramen is opening at 7541 Sawmill Rd. This Japanese restaurant is replacing the now-closed Noodle-Topia, but guests can still get their noodle fix. Along with small bites, such as edamame and gyoza, Asuka offers a multitude of ramen options, including Tonkotsu Ramen, Wonton Ramen, and even a vegan ramen option.

In total, they’ll offer twelve different ramen options, as well as 6 Mazemen options, which are essentially ramen bowls but without the broth.
Asuka replied to a comment on their Instagram explaining that they’ll hopefully be open in 2-3 weeks, but that construction is still underway, so there’s no exact grand opening date. If you can’t wait a couple of weeks to get your noodle fix, try out some other ramen spots in Dublin, like Fukuryu, Mr. Sushi, Yoshi’s Japanese, and Hiro Ramen.
