Restaurant chain offering Food Network-featured biscuits sandwiches opens Columbus-area location today

The second Columbus location of Maple Street Biscuit Company is set to open its doors.

According to a statement posted to Maple Street Biscuit Facebook’s page, the concept’s new eatery, which is located at 7105 N. High St. in Worthington, will open today.

“Worthington, Friday is your big day! See you then at 7am for our Grand Opening! We will have gift cards, merch, and more,” the statement reads.

The eatery, which first began in Jacksonville, Florida in 2012, offers a variety of contemporary breakfast dishes with a culinary twist. Maple Street Biscuit Co. is best known for its line of indulgent biscuit sandwiches, which were featured on The Food network and include ingredients such as goat cheese, pepper jelly and spicy shiitake gravy.

The concept opened its first Columbus restaurant, which is located at 1310 Polaris Pkwy. in January.
