SeeSaw closing, to be replaced by 70s-inspired spot with elevated TV dinners, LED dance floors
This summer, a premier Short North bar will close, but another exciting new concept has already been tapped to take its place.
According to a statement shared by Forward Hospitality Group, SeeSaw Columbus, located at 906 N. High St. in the Short North, will close. The statement said SeeSaw will continue to operate until “the late summer,” although an exact date was not given.
Taking its place will be Good Night John Boy, a 1970s-inspired club and eatery self-described as “your grandparents funky basement meets Studio 54.”

Good Night John Boy will also boast LED-lit dance floors, 70s cocktails, plus food options like elevated happy meals and TV dinners.
Both SeeSaw and Goodnight John Boy are owned by the Twinsburg-based Forward Hospitality Group. The group operates multiple other concepts, and three additional Good Night John Boy locations, one in Cleveland and two others, coming to Chicago and St. Petersburg, Florida.
