Victor’s Taco Shop’s first location in Columbus proper is almost here.

The Ohio-based taco chain announced that its first-ever restaurant within city limits will open later this week.

The eatery, which will be located at 2110 Morse Rd., will hold its grand open on Dec. 29, according to a post made to the h concept’s social media accounts. Victor’s will be taking over the former home of a Rally’s, which closed earlier this year.

This will be Victor’s first location in Columbus proper, although the concept is no stranger to central Ohio. Victor’s originally opened in Delaware, and later expanded to Powell, before adding restaurants in Dayton, Xenia and more.

In fact, the Columbus eatery will be the second new central Ohio location for the taco chain this year, as Victor’s opened a restaurant located 3450 O’Connell St. in Powell in February.
