The city’s first-ever festival dedicated to natural wines is coming this summer

Jack McLaughlin

Natural wine is in, and a handful of popular Columbus food and drink spots are making sure you get the memo with a brand-new festival.

The first-ever Columbus Natural Wine Festival will be held on July 8 from 1-5 p.m. The festival will be located in the Lazarus Galleria at 50 W. Town St., in the heart of Downtown Columbus.

Tickets, which cost $39 (although fees are added for online buyers), can be purchased here.

According to an event description, the new festival is a collaboration between a handful of high-profile local bars and restaurants, including The Bottle Shop, Accent Wine, Law Bird, Coast Wine House, Comune, Chapman’s Eat Market, and Agni.

The event will feature dozens of natural wine vendors from across the country, boasting bottles without added sugars, chemical preservatives or flavor enhancers. Several local food trucks will also be on-site to pair with the festival’s wines, but a specific list hasn’t been announced yet.
