This red-hot local bagel vendor is coming to Dublin

Bears Bagels, the name given to the pandemic-born concept from Charis and Lo Yost that has made a quick rise in the ranks, from home project to sought-after food vendor, in very little time at all.

And in just a few short days, you’ll be able to find them at the North Market Bridge Park.

Throughout the month of March, Bears Bagels will be available every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday within the Dublin food hall, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The Bagel vendor’s first day at the Market will be March 1.

Bears Bagels, which according to Charis Yost in an interview with 614Now last year, said the vendor’s bagels are created as a hybrid between New York and Montreal-style bagels, offering a crunchy exterior with a soft, pillowy inside.

North Market Bridge Park patrons will be able to buy single bagels or mixed four-packs, in addition to bialys (a baked polish bread product similar to a bagel). Cream cheese schmears will also be available, but for single bagels only.
