Three new chain restaurants to debut in Central Ohio
New options for a fresh smoothie, a full bag of french fries, and poké will be available in the Columbus area sometime soon.
According to a recently filed city permit, a Five Guys is installing new facilities and equipment at 4971 Tuttle Crossing Blvd., which used to house the Zoup! location that closed in late January. The Tuttle crowd will have another option for cheeseburgers and Five Guys’ signature bag of fries. Five Guys has not released an opening date yet, but construction is underway, according to The City of Columbus.
A Poke Bros. is also “coming soon” to the Gahanna area at 4780 Morse Rd, Columbus OH 43230, according to their website. This poke bowl chain recently announced, “Poke Bros. will be coming soon to your area! Get your taste buds prepped for some delicious, fresh, and healthy poké…We can’t wait to open our doors. Stay tuned for the official date.” They have two other locations in Columbus as of now: one on OSU’s campus at 2036 N. High St., and another at Polaris at 1065 Gemini Pl. They also have locations in 14 other states.
