Dr. Katharine Roxanne Grawe, the Powell plastic surgeon known by many as “Dr. Roxy” on TikTok, had her medical license permanently revoked during a State Medical Board of Ohio meeting earlier today.

Grawe, who accrued thousands of followers across multiple social media platforms, faced accusations of live-streaming patient surgeries on TikTok and legal action last year, with the State Medical Board of Ohio formally suspending her license on Nov. 18.

During today’s meeting, Grawe acknowledged many of the issues the Board found with her conduct, but also pleaded to retain her medical license. Ultimately, the State Medical Board decided to permanently revoke her license in the state of Ohio.
