Suspect arrested and charged with murder after fatal stabbing at West Side chicken wing restaurant
A suspect has been arrested and charged with murder following a fatal incident at a West Side restaurant this weekend.
According to court records, Jorge L. Gallardo was arrested on the morning of Nov. 4 and charged with murder in a stabbing incident that took place at a \ restaurant located on the 4600 block of West Broad Street.
Gallardo and an unnamed victim got into an argument at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 3., according to court records. It’s unclear what led to the argument, but Gallardo allegedly stabbed the victim with a multi-tool and later told police he was using the tool to defend himself, court documents state.

The victim later died from their injuries.
Gallardo, who is being held in jail at Jackson Pike, was scheduled to be arranged at 9 a.m. today.
