The New York Times recently reported that wages are continuing to rise despite the prevailing impact of inflation on the lives of Americans. 

However, data shows historic growth for professions that were already considered “high-income” – basically, the “rich” are getting “richer.” The top five “Highest Paying Jobs” in Columbus right now might not come as a surprise for most – they’re typically what one would expect.

According to Pew Charitable Trusts, the pandemic only exacerbated the financial gaps between “high-earners” and “low-earners.” The “Lowest Paying Jobs” in Columbus right now are predominantly concentrated within the food and entertainment sectors.
