Explore your potential at COSI’s upcoming exhibit: Barbie™ You Can Be Anything™

C’mon Barbie let’s go party to COSI!

If it seems like Barbie has taken over the world recently, it’s because, well, she can. She can do anything and be anything she sets her mind to, and COSI is celebrating her ferocity with their new exhibit, Barbie™ You Can Be Anything™: The Experience.

Starting October 4th, a general admission ticket to COSI will transport you to a world where anyone can be an “airline pilot flying high above the clouds, a fearless surfer catching a wave, a robotics engineer putting a robot to work, and a wildlife photographer taking pictures from a jungle Jeep,” said COSI. 

This new exhibit, a partnership with The Children’s Museum and Mattel, showcases 60 years of Barbie careers and the way she inspires us to take on the world. “No matter our gender, ethnicity, or background, we can all make the world a better place by doing work that excites us, challenges us, and brings us fulfillment,” emphasized COSI. 

Guests can learn about the 200 different careers Barbie has had over the years, while exploring 11 of them through more hands-on activities. They can view the various Barbie dolls throughout history and the origins behind Ruth Handler creating a global icon. Powerful women who overcome career barriers throughout history will be featured, as well.
