Indulge in Katalina’s Original Pancake Balls—choose from fillings like Nutella (my go-to), Dulce De Leche, or Pumpkin-Apple Butter. Made with local Fowler’s Mill flour, served with local maple syrup and thick-cut Sweet ‘N’ Spicy Bacon, offering a satisfying mix of sweet and savory.
