After opening in 2016, a Pataskala coffee shop will close its doors, with another storefront set open in its place.

According to a social media post made on Wednesday morning, Depot Street Coffeehouse will officially close on Sept. 30, and Porter’s Coffee House and Bakery will take over the space.

Depot Street Coffeehouse is located at 36 E. Depot St. in Pataskala.

“We want to inform you all that we have been approached by another local business that not only delivers a great product but has owners that are native to our community.  We feel this company can take what we have built to another level of greatness for you. This has been a bittersweet decision as we truly love our coffeehouse, staff and customers,” Depot Street’s post reads.

Currently, Porter’s Coffee House operates two locations, both of which are in Pickerington.
