After fire destroys previous location, popular spot for wings and more announces new home

Just months after a blaze decimated their former location, a Columbus bar and grill is rising from the ashes.

According to a statement posted to its Facebook page, Shaker’s Public House is planning a “grand reopening” at a new location next month.

“After the unfortunate fire that took our old location, we’ve been hard at work building a brand new, family-friendly establishment on the north side of Columbus that’s thousands of square feet larger and packed with even more to offer,” the statement reads.

In September, Shaker’s previous eatery, which was located at 385 Georgesville Rd., was destroyed in a fire.

Shaker’s has not yet shared the address of its new location, but it’s statement notes the new bar and grill plans to open in March.
