Another long-standing Downtown eatery plans to close its doors for good

Less than a week after El Camino Inn announced its plans to permanently close, another Downtown spot is following suit.

Little Palace, the casual 60s-themed spot known for sandwiches, pizza and a robust selection of beer and wine, announced its plans to permanently close in a social media post late last week.

“With heavy hearts, we announce that after 15 years, Little Palace will close its doors for the final time on ‘DATE TBD,’” the restaurant’s post reads. “The decision was not made lightly. Despite months of negotiations, we were unable to reach a fair agreement with the current landlords to continue operating in the space we’ve all come to cherish.”

Both Little Palace, which is located at 240 S. 4th St., and El Camino Inn, which is located at, 238 S. 4th St., share the same owners.
