Former 101 Beer Kitchen, CMR chef opening new eatery today

Excitement is brewing in Powell as the highly-anticipated grand opening of Two Rivers approaches! Located at 4046 W. Powell Rd, this culinary gem will open its doors today, from 11 AM to 9 PM.

At the helm of Two Rivers’ kitchen is the talented Chef Michael Frame, whose dedication to fresh ingredients and scratch-made cooking shines through in every dish. “I believe in creating food that not only tastes amazing but also tells a story,” said Frame. “Our menu is a blend of innovative flavors and classic comfort, designed to delight every palate.”

Why Powell? Frame shared with 614Now, “My family and I have called Powell home for over two decades. When the location, which used to be Yabo’s Tacos, became available, it felt like the perfect opportunity to give back to the community we love. We wanted to create a place that feels like home to everyone who walks through our doors.”

Two Rivers boasts a diverse yet approachable menu. “We wanted a place where you can come in for a nice meal, or stop by with your kids on the way to the zoo,” Frame added. The menu features a range of options from casual bites to sophisticated entrees, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

When it comes to his favorite dish, Frame found it hard to choose just one. “Every dish is crafted with love, so it’s tough to choose, but if I had to pick, the crab roll appetizer is a standout – it’s packed with unique flavors you won’t find anywhere else. And our country pork ribs in pozole? It’s bursting with flavor and truly one-of-a-kind in the city.”

Remember to mark your calendar and join their grand opening today. Plus, don’t forget their happy hour will run from 3-6 PM, featuring half-off appetizers, $2 off draft beer, $3 off wine by the glass, and $3 off house cocktails—it’s an event you won’t want to miss!
