Local cocktail bar quietly shutters in less than a year after opening; building for sale
A lively prohibition-inspired cocktail lounge and restaurant featuring upscale small plates and live jazz music has quietly closed their doors.
Adelaid’s Gin Joint, located at 2333 N. High St., opened in October of 2023, with patrons enjoying their unique gin selections and cozy, 1920s themed ambiance. After less than a year of opening though, the cocktail lounge is up for sale.
Although Adelaid’s hasn’t issued a public statement, and the owner hasn’t returned a request for comment, the real estate listing states that the concept is for sale, and that it has recently closed.
