Name revealed for Guy Fieri’s upcoming Columbus restaurant

Guy Fierri’s new restaurant is coming soon to the El Dorado Scioto Downs. And while we’ve known it plans to feature Italian-American cuisine, we didn’t know a name. Until now.

The anticipated eatery appears to be Guy Fieri’s Trattoria.

A Facebook post from Scioto Downs made on April 26 reads:

“Ready for your next big career move? Take a chance and spice things up at Guy Fieri’s Trattoria.” The post also shows what appears to be the eatery’s logo.

The new restaurant will feature spaghetti and meatballs, pizza, chicken parmigiana, a “68-layer homemade lasagna,” and more.

“Being from an Italian family, classic Italian American fare has always been part of my life and I’m stoked to bring those real deal flavors to Scioto Downs,” Fieri said in a press release earlier this year.

Scioto Downs shared a progress update on the restaurant’s construction as well, for those who want to see how the eatery is coming along.
