New Columbus-area craft brewery opening this week

A new spot brewing coffee and craft beer alike is coming soon to Lewis Center.

Standardized Brewing will open its doors to the public on May 23.

The brewery and coffee shop is located at 5920 Evans Farm Dr., STE A, inside Lewis Center’s Evans Farm development.

The Lewis Center spot’s opening taplist will feature a range of brews, from double IPAs to English mild ales and German Pilsners. Standardized Brewing also has a slate of autumnal-themed beers on deck for fall, including an Oktoberfest and their Scarlet Ale.

Standardized Brewing will also offer One Line Coffee prepared as nitro cold brew, espresso, pour over and more, plus a variety of teas. In addition to drinks, the new coffee shop and brewery plans to serve Der Dutchman donuts and pastries fresh daily.
