An Ohio pizzeria known for its extreme pies is hoping to launch a food truck next year, and Columbus could be on its list of stops.

Roscoe’s Pizza, which is located about an hour south of Columbus in Corwin, Ohio, opened in 2020, and has gone viral for a number of pizzas, including The Elvis (which combines peanut butter, cheese, bananas and honey) and the Charred Grippos Pizza.

According to owner Jeff Ross, Roscoe’s is currently planning to create a pizza food truck, which he hopes will open in March of 2025.

Ross said the truck will operate mostly in the Lebanon and Maineville area, near Cincinnati, but he did say the truck might occasionally visit Columbus as well.

The pizza truck will likely feature 30-40 different miniature pizza, and will rotate in other specialty pies. Roscoe’s is known for its extreme speciality pizzas, boasting 100 different options at its Corwin restaurant.
