A pizzeria and restaurant concept from Big Sky Country is shuttering one of its two Ohio locations.

According to a statement posted to the eatery’s Facebook page, the Montana-themed MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub will close its Polaris storefront on Feb. 17.

“First things first, we’re extremely grateful for the hospitality you’ve shown us since we opened our doors back in 2016,” the statement reads. “Every smiling face and happy customer has brought us so much joy—so thank you! Thank you for accepting us and showing us all the love Columbus has to offer—we’re so sad these times must come to an end.”

Based in Whitefish, Montana, the chain leans into a woodsy, outdoor atmosphere, and advertises sharing “Montana hospitality” with patrons.

The Polaris restaurant, which is located at 1515 Polaris Pkwy., first opened in the fall of 2016. The concept will operate a single Ohio location after the closure of the Polaris storefront. Its other eatery is located at 1281 Hill Rd. N. in Pickerington.
