Popular coffee pop-up finds home at Wolf’s Ridge Brewing
A popular coffee concept that’s been popping up around the city for the past few months has found a more permanent home at the popular restaurant and brewery, Wolf’s Ridge.
“This started as a passion project, and it’s been a shock to us how popular it’s getting,” said David Kim, co-owner of Kape Coffee, the new(ish) Asian-inspired coffee shop that’s been making a name for themselves for their unique espresso & tea based drinks.
Kape Coffee initially operated as a pop-up concept, where you’d usually find them slinging their famous Ube lattes at the Leisure Club over near the East Market on some weekends.

But for the time being, they’ve found a more permanent home.
In the evening, the Wolf’s Ridge Brewing Taproom, located at 159 E. Hickory St., still offers a cozy, lively atmosphere filled with good food and drinks. However, Wednesday through Friday, you can now enjoy Kape Coffee in that space from 8am-2pm. Guests are welcome to sip on their Black Sesame Latte with a book or computer in hand, and lounge about in the space, just like a traditional coffee shop.
