Popular fried chicken restaurant opening new location next month
Editor’s Note: Crispy Coop originally announced its new location was opening on April 5, and later changed the opening date to “early April.”
The Crispy Coop’s anticipated second location is coming to Reynoldsburg in just a matter of weeks.
According to The Crispy Coop’s website, the popular Grandview fried chicken spot will hold the grand openings of its newest storefront on April 5.
“Your friends at Crispy Coop Grandview are excited to announce another location opening in Columbus in early spring! We’re bringing the same great taste and the same friendly hometown service you love to our new location at 6330 Tussing Road. Follow the new Facebook page to stay in the loop,” a statement from The Crispy Coop announcing the new eatery reads.

The concept’s first restaurant, which opened in early 2020, is located at 1717 Northwest Blvd.
Created by the former owner of Uncle Nick’s Fried Chicken as a rebrand of the concept (which closed shortly before Crispy Coop opened), The Crispy Coop offers traditional fried chicken, as well Nashville Hot and Tennessee Mild options and fried chicken sandwiches.
