Popular German Village restaurant opening second location

A popular spot to grab Asian fusion in German Village is expanding their roots out to the suburbs.

Bendi Wok N Bar opened at 277 E. Livingston Ave. back in March 2021, quickly becoming a go-to spot for late-night bites like egg rolls, curries, drunken noodles, and Thai-inspired cocktails. The funky decor & music helped take a pandemic-born restaurant to the next level.

And three years later, they’re leveraging that “cool factor.” Bendi Wok announced on their website that they’re opening a second location this year in the heart of New Albany, adjacent to Fox in The Snow and Johnson’s Ice Cream at 160 W. Main Street.
