Popular local pizzeria taking over two former hotdog & milkshake restaurants

Another iconic (and delicious) Columbus collaboration is in the works.

In February, the hot dog & milkshake concept from Rise Brands, called Weenie Wonder, abruptly closed both of their Easton and Bridge Park locations, adjacent to Pins Mechanical Co., which is also owned by Rise Brands.

Now, Rise Brands is trading in hotdogs for pepperoni. They announced a new exciting partnership with popular local pizzeria, Mikey’s Late Night Slice, which will introduce two brand new Mikey’s locations, taking over the former Weenie Wonder locations  next to Pins Mechanical Co. in Bridge Park and Easton Town Center.

“We’re excited to team up with Rise Brands to introduce Mikey’s to even more pizza lovers in the Columbus region,” said Mikey Sorboro, Founder of Mikey’s Late Night Slice. “Our partnership with Rise aligns with our mission to create memorable experiences for our guests. We can’t wait to share our signature pizza with the Dublin and Easton communities.”

Pizza & games are a great recipe for a perfect night out. During kid-friendly hours at Pins (before 8 p.m.), families can grab a giant New York-style pizza next door, and enjoy it inside of Pins or Bridge Park’s 16-Bit Bar + Arcade. Plus, aptly named, Mikey’s is the go-to spot for late night eats. They’ll be open until 2 a.m. on weekdays, allowing adults to soak up all the fun they had while duckpin bowling and playing games late into the evening.

“Incorporating Mikey’s into Pins is a no-brainer,” said Troy Allen, Founder and CEO of Rise Brands. “From the eclectic wall art to the classic music videos blasting on the screens, Mikey’s perfectly complements Pins’ lively atmosphere. We’re thrilled to start this journey and expand Mikey’s presence alongside Pins.”

They’re planning a grand opening sometime this summer, so make sure you stay tuned! These new Mikey’s locations will be located at 6562 Riverside Dr. in Dublin, and 4117 Worth Ave Unit Ww at Easton.
