Popular national chain chooses sole Columbus location for new ‘innovation kitchen’ with tons of new items 

While you can make-your-own-bowl at about 100 of these locations, there’s now only one that’s offering almost a dozen of new options – and you can only find it at one spot in Columbus.

BIBIBOP Asian Grill, the popular national franchise known for fast-casual noodle and rice bowls, introduced their Innovation Kitchen to 1836 W. Henderson Rd. this month. “This is a unique opportunity to experience BIBIBOP in a whole new way, where we’re testing exciting new ingredients, reimaging our bowl offerings, and creating more ways for you to build your ideal meal,” said BIBIBOP.

While they’re saying goodbye to some classics, like black beans, bean sprouts, pickled red cabbage, sesame kale, supergreen salad, they’re making way for new flavors. You’ll be able to grab new proteins like grilled steak, coconut curry chickpeas, and miso glazed salmon, plus new toppings and bases such as roasted brussel sprouts, lemon turmeric rice, honey citrus kale, pickled red onion, and even a sunny side up egg! 

These ingredients will only be featured at this Innovation Kitchen on Henderson Rd. while they test out new items to possibly add to their menu at other locations.
