Popular Columbus eatery bringing ‘food truck park’ to Hilliard
Tortilla Park is on its way to Hilliard.
The owners of Tortilla Street Food, a long-standing Columbus food truck, plan to create a five-vendor food truck park in Old Hilliard, anticipating a summer 2025 opening.
According to owner Walter Eguez, Tortilla Park will have multiple components across a two-acre site located at 4057 Grant St.

This will include the aforementioned Tortilla Park, with 5 mobile vendors, plus a commissary space for Tortilla Street Food’s operations, and even an adjacent building dedicated to (likely 7-8, Equez said) other mobile vendors, with a priority on providing them with customer-facing experience.
“You see ghost kitchens, but many of them don’t allow you to operate a full business,” Eguez said. “Here you can do whatever with the space; online order, sell to the public. We want this to be more of a storefront, we want people to sell their stuff in there.”
“Old Hilliard, there are more bars popping up, there’s Firefly Winery. It’s been busy,” Eguez said. “It shows me that there’s a place for Tortilla Park, and it will be good for the city of Hilliard too.”
