Popular sushi restaurant closes another Central Ohio location
A popular, fast-casual restaurant for unique “build-your-own-sushi” combinations has shuttered another one of their locations.
Earlier this week, 614Now reported that FUSIAN closed their Westerville location. Another location at 7721 Sawmill Rd. in Dublin has also now closed. Both of these locations opened during the COVID pandemic in locations that formerly occupied by closed Pizza Cucinova.

“We’ve enjoyed our stay in these communities,” said co-founder Stephan Harman. “It wasn’t an easy decision to close, however as our leases come to an end, we’re confident these closures will strengthen our core footprint and open the door for more opportunity as we continue to develop and grow our company.”
The Clintonville, Grandview, and Easton locations will remain open, said a FUSIAN representative. “As the world has recovered from the pandemic, we’ve recognized that our existing three stores are uniquely positioned to serve a large footprint of our core consumer thru in-store, order-ahead, and delivery services,” said Eric Rosenberg, CFO. “We’re confident that closing these two COVID-era stores will only serve to improve our existing locations performance.”
