Speciality donut concept announces plans for first brick and mortar store
Even though Rose Dough Donuts has only operated as an online store and marketplace pop-up since its inception in 2021, it still holds a special place in the hearts of many Columbus foodies for its inventive takes on classic crullers, embrace of brioche and more.
And now, owner Katie Passo has announced the concept plans to open its first-ever brick and mortar space.
“We are so excited—the time has finally come for Rose Dough to grow beyond just pre-orders and pop-ups to become its own Specialty Donut Shoppe,” Passo said, “We have been looking for a space for over a year and a half—and have found a great spot that will allow us to operate on more days and offer walk-in service— but will need to build it out to a donut shoppe bakery.”
