Ohio city a top-10 sports city in the nation, according to new WalletHub study
An Ohio city was tapped as one of the nation’s 10 best for sports, according to WalletHub. But would you be surprised if we told you Columbus–electric Buckeye gamedays and all–was not that city?
According to a new study from WalletHub, Cincinnati is the 10th best US sports city for 2024.
Each city received ranks for Football, baseball, basketball, soccer and hockey with Cincinnati coming in at 11th, 7th, 55th, 13th and 450th, respectively.

Combined, this gave Cincinnati a composite score of 37.1, one spot below Washington, D.C. at 37.27. According to WalletHub, the country’s best sports city is Los Angeles, with a Score of 52.16.
The only other Ohio city to make the list was Cleveland, which landed at the 25th spot overall.
