This Ohio corn maze–voted among the country’s best four times since 2018–allows you to drink alcohol inside

What’s better than a corn maze named among the country’s best by USA Today voters in 2018, 2021, 2022 and 2023? How about one you can drink alcohol inside of?

Welcome to Maze Craze Corn Maze, in New Springfield, Ohio (just south of Youngstown) that’s totally worth the nearly three hour trek from Columbus.

Open on weekends through Nov. 3, Maze Craze converted 23 acres of corn into four different interactive corn mazes, which equates to more than nine miles of trails. They are color-coded and increase in size, with the smallest, at 0.6 miles, meant for children, and the largest, at 5 miles, meant for corn maze enthusiasts.

This year’s mazes were inspired by the 1928 cartoon “Steamboat Willie.”

Maze Craze also operates Craze Cafe, an on-site space where visitors can purchase food and drinks–including alcohol–which can be taken into the mazes with them. Additionally, it’s hosting its annual Wine & Cider Adventure on Oct. 10, which features tasting stations inside of mazes.
