No red meat, no problem.

During Lent, it can be a struggle to find food that really gets you excited, but with El Vaquero’s seasonal specials, that’s a thing of the past.

The popular Columbus-area eatery features a number of fish and shrimp-based dishes that are perfect for Lent, and we’re highlighting a handful of them below.

Tacos de Pescado: Each order contains a trio of fish tacos, served on corn tortillas with Mexican or brown rice, plus black or refried beans.

Shrimp Enchiladas: Each dish contains three decadent enchiladas filled with grilled shrimp, topped with rich cheese sauce, and served alongside Mexican rice, lettuce, tomato and sour cream.

While we could tell you even more about each of El Vaquero’s delicious Lent dishes, why don’t we just show you instead? Check out a video highlighting each one below.
