New pickleball club and restaurant holding grand opening next week
We got a sneak preview of Pickle & Chill recently, when the venue hosted a Major League Pickleball tournament last month. And now, the sleek new pickleball club and restaurant is opening its doors to the public.
Pickle & Chill, which is located at 880 W. Henderson Rd., will hold its official grand opening on Nov. 13, although festivities will begin on Nov. 5 with open free play sessions.
Free sessions will be available on Nov. 5 and Nov. 6, from noon until 5 p.m., and Nov. 8 and Nov. 9, from 4- 8 p.m. No restorations are required.

The 25,000 square foot concept will open in two phases, meaning patrons will still need to wait to enjoy all of Pickle & Chill’s court spaces, but its Nov. 13 grand opening will unveil five indoor pickleball courts, in addition to a full bar and restaurant, which has space for 200 patrons. The club’s five outdoor courts will open in the spring.
“There is currently no place in Columbus – or Ohio – to casually hang out and play pickleball, combined with a fun eating and drinking experience. That’s where Pickle & Chill comes in,” said Continental Real Estate President and Founder David Kass in a press release.
