I don’t know about you, but frankly, I’m already over traditional holiday food and treats, and I’m craving something spicier and more savory. It’s almost like Yelp overheard me say that I can’t even bear to see the sight of one more sugar cookie (Bah humbug, I know, I know), and decided to make this list for Columbus residents who are opting for some Chinese take-out instead of Christmas ham.

If you’re looking for a new Chinese restaurant in the Polaris area, Wild Ginger is worth a visit. They offer a mixture of Asian cuisines, but Yelpers love their Chinese chicken dishes.

9. Eastern Wok

This small takeout-only restaurant has been serving the south side of Columbus for many years. The flavors and portion sizes for the prices are pleasantly surprising at this hidden gem.

The fusion kitchen at Reunion offers a mixture of cuisines, but actually has some of the best Chinese food in the Pickerington area.

Asian Kitchen in Gahanna is a local favorite. The atmosphere is right, the flavors are present, and the experience is pleasant.
