French pastry and gelato chain opens first Columbus location

The wait is finally over, and Le Macaron French Pastries first Columbus location is now open

The dessert spot is located at 997 N. High St. in the Short North.

While macarons are the concept’s flagship offering, the new Short North sweet shop doesn’t stop there. Le Macaron also offers coffee, gelato, chocolates and a host of other traditional French baked goods, like croissants, eclairs, Napoleon pastries and many more.

Macarons can be ordered in a wide variety of flavors, including familiar options like Coconut, Raspberry and Madagascar Vanilla, in addition to culinary options like Basil and White Chocolate, Black Currant and Rose Flower.

While the High Street store is the concept’s first in Columbus, Le Macaron operates two other Ohio locations, in Canton and Liberty Village.

Le Macaron is open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday-Friday and 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on Saturday.
