Columbus restaurateurs open new dim sum centric restaurant

I’ll have all that and dim sum. (Sorry! Had to.)

A new spot in town opened last month, and it’s one of the only restaurants in town that offers an extensive selection of dim sum, which are small Chinese dishes (traditionally enjoyed for brunch actually), usually consisting of steamed, deep fried, or pan-fried dough filled with meat, sauces, and vegetables.

The new restaurant, CoCo Cuisine, is located at 741 Bethel Rd., right next door to its sister restaurant, CoCo Hot Pot. The wall between the two has been torn down to create one big space! The restaurant owners, Jiang and Mandy Lin, also operate CoCo Grill 845 W. Fifth Ave.

CoCo Cuisine’s menu features almost 60 dim sum options, ranging from the more mild options like sesame balls and scallion pancakes, to more adventurous, authentic offerings such as Black Truffle Siu Mai and Chicken Feet with Black Bean sauce. Check out the rest of their menu here.

The new restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., but dim sum is served only until 8 p.m.
