High-end glass condos planned for Italian Village
Borror Properties is in the planning stages for a possible high-end set of condos on Pearl Avenue, according to Columbus Underground. The plan is to place the (possibly glass) condos at 848 North Pearl St., but the design is still conceptual and still pending approval from Italian Village Commission (set to appear Aug. 19). The process of working with the neighborhood and within its restrictions might take a few months for the plans to be finalized.
