CaJohns Fiery Foods win big at Louisiana Hot Sauce Fest
The Westerville-based CaJohns Fiery Foods that serves up hot sauces and salsas to local grocery stores has won a national competition at the Louisiana Hot Sauce Fest this week, according to Columbus Underground. The local sauce creator took home gold in both hot sauce and salsa competitions even with more than 500 other competitors. The Black Bean & Corn Salsa and Raspberry Chipotle Salsa were the stars of the show, along with several others from CaJohns Fiery Foods.
